By using the Bottleneck Labs website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

For contracted services, the Master Services Agreement governs—these Terms cover website use only.

What We Offer

The Site provides:

  • Tools like the ROI Calculator and Readiness Assessment
  • Contact forms to reach us
  • Resources and insights about AI implementation

Your Use of the Site

You may:

  • Browse and read content
  • Use tools for their intended purpose
  • Contact us through forms
  • Share links to our content

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
  • Use the Site for illegal purposes
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with Site operation or security

Tools and Calculators

Our ROI Calculator and other tools provide estimates only. They're based on general assumptions and your inputs. Actual results vary. These tools are not professional advice—they're starting points for conversation.

Intellectual Property

We own: Site design, code, content, graphics, branding, tools, and the "Bottleneck Labs" name and logo.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Exception: You may share links and reasonable quotes with attribution.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We don't guarantee:

  • The Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
  • Information is complete, accurate, or current
  • Results from using our tools or following our content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 CAD

This doesn't limit liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Changes

We may modify these Terms anytime. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
